3. Return Timeframes

You should notify us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect products should be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Change-of-mind returns should be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless:

Where Makopo is responsible for the return, reasonable return shipping costs may also be refunded.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

If payment has already been received, any applicable refund will be processed after confirmation that the order has not been shipped.

If an order has already been dispatched, it will be treated as a return under this Refund Policy.

10. Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:

1. Take clear photographs of the package and product.
2. Do not install or use the product.
3. Contact Makopo immediately.
4. We may request additional information to assist with the investigation.

11. Fraud Prevention

For security reasons, Makopo reserves the right to verify the identity of the purchaser before processing a refund.

Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method where possible.
